Every project is backed up automatically every night, and a copy is kept away from the live server. You can also download your own copy of any project at any time and restore it from that file.
Every new version of QScope goes live with the previous version kept ready alongside it. If anything misbehaves after an update, we switch back in seconds. Your projects are untouched either way.
An issued valuation keeps the figures the client received. Changing it means putting it back to Draft first, and the reason is recorded in the project journal with the name of whoever did it.
The audit log shows who changed what, and when. If a figure moves, you can see why.
Your projects are yours. Download them whenever you like. You are never locked in.
