Your team, account and billing

Plans are priced by how many people sign in and how many jobs you run at once, never per client. Everything here you can do yourself, without emailing anyone.

Give every surveyor their own login

A shared practice password makes every entry in the audit trail say the same name, which is the same as recording nothing. It also makes the trail useless in front of an adjudicator, which is the one moment it exists for.

  1. Open Account and find the team card.
  2. Invite the surveyor by email.
  3. They receive a one-time link, valid for 72 hours, and set their own password. You never see it.
  4. From then on every certificate and change records who actually prepared it.

Seats

The plan chip in the top corner shows how many seats you are using against your limit, for example four of five.

  1. On your own: 2 users, 10 active projects.
  2. Small team: 8 users, 40 active projects.
  3. Whole business: unlimited users and projects.
Clients, subcontractors and anyone else on a project are guests. They never count towards your seats, on any plan.

Your logo on documents

  1. Open Account and upload your firm logo.
  2. It appears on every certificate, notice and report, on every project.
  3. A wide or landscape logo works best. PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB.
Set your practice name in the same place. Without it, documents print a placeholder where your firm name should be, and clients notice.

Changing plan

  1. Open Pricing from the plan chip or the site menu.
  2. Choose monthly or annual. Annual saves 25 per cent.
  3. Pick the plan and pay. Card details are entered on Stripe pages and never touch QScope.
  4. The plan changes as soon as the payment confirms.

Invoices, cards and cancelling

All of it from your own account. Nothing here requires you to email us and wait.

  1. Open Account and choose to manage billing.
  2. Download invoices, update the card, or change the plan.
  3. Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for.

When a trial ends

The account becomes read-only. Your data stays intact, you can still view everything and export everything, but changes pause until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.

Getting your data out

Export at any time, including during the trial and after it ends. After a cancellation your data stays available for export for 60 days. If you need longer than that, ask before it runs out and we will hold it.
