Reports
Printing reports and documents
Every document QScope prints comes out on your letterhead, not ours. The client sees your practice, and the figures are the same ones on your dashboard.

The documents
They divide by audience. Some go to the client, some to the contractor, some stay internal.
- To the client: payment certificate, retention notice, cost report, client summary, final account statement.
- To the contractor: payment notice, pay less notice, contractual certificates, schedule of defects, extension of time assessment.
- Internal: cost and value reconciliation, cash flow forecast, risk register.
Your logo
- Open your account settings.
- Upload your logo. PNG or SVG, on a transparent background.
- Every document from then on carries it, with your practice name and the project reference.
Printing and PDF
Each document opens in its own window with a print bar at the top. Print it, or choose save as PDF in the print dialogue.
Nothing is emailed automatically. What leaves your office is a document you looked at first, which is the correct default for anything with a figure on it.
They cannot disagree with each other
Every report is generated from the same certificates. There is no separate reporting figure to maintain, so the retention on the notice, the retention on the dashboard and the retention in the final account are one number seen three times.
